Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 5, 2026

Flux Ahead ("we", "our", "us") is a puzzle game for iPhone. This policy explains what data is processed when you play Flux Ahead and when you use this website, by whom, and the choices you have.

1. Your progress stays on your device

Everything you do in Flux Ahead – levels cleared, stars, times, Daily Circuit results, your streak and freezes, your Endless record, achievement progress and settings – is stored locally on your iPhone. It is included in your device's own backups, as other app data is.

Flux Ahead has no user accounts, never asks for your name or email address, and we do not run servers of our own. We cannot see your progress.

The game also keeps a simple log of your attempts (which level, how long it took and how it ended) in its folder in the Files app. It stays on your device unless you share the file yourself.

When you share a Daily Circuit result, the game creates a short text with the day's number, your time, the number of attempts and your streak. It goes only to the people and apps you choose in the share sheet, and contains nothing else about you.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The free version of Flux Ahead shows ads from Google AdMob:

  • a banner at the bottom of the screen shown when you win a level,
  • one full-screen ad when you start a new chapter (from chapter 2 on),
  • and, only if you choose to watch it, a video ad that gives you a streak freeze when your streak would otherwise break.

No ads are shown while you play or after a short circuit.

To serve and measure ads, Google may process information such as your IP address, device and app information, coarse location and ad interactions. Flux Ahead does not ask for permission to track you across apps (App Tracking Transparency), so Google does not receive your device's advertising identifier from Flux Ahead.

If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, Flux Ahead asks for your consent through Google's consent tool (User Messaging Platform) before personalized ads are shown. You can change your choice at any time under Settings → Privacy → Privacy choices.

If you live in a US state with a consumer privacy law, such as California, you can opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information for ads under Settings → Privacy → Privacy choices.

Buying Remove Ads turns off the banner and the chapter ads. The optional video for a streak freeze stays available, because it is only ever shown when you ask for it.

More information: How Google uses information from apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy.

3. Purchases (Apple and RevenueCat)

The one-time Remove Ads purchase is processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your payment details.

We use RevenueCat to verify purchases and to restore them on your devices. RevenueCat receives the purchase transaction from Apple together with a random, anonymous app user ID created by the app. It does not receive your name or contact details. If you downloaded Flux Ahead from an Apple Search Ads campaign, Apple's privacy-preserving attribution token is shared with RevenueCat so we can see which search terms lead to purchases; this does not identify you. See the RevenueCat Privacy Policy.

4. Anonymous usage statistics (TelemetryDeck)

To understand how Flux Ahead is played and to make it better, the app sends anonymous usage events to TelemetryDeck, for example that a level was started, won or lost (and why), how many stars it gave, how long a session lasted, and how often the Daily Circuit and Endless are played. These events never contain your name, contacts or anything you type. TelemetryDeck uses a hashed, anonymous identifier and does not track you across apps. See the TelemetryDeck Privacy Policy.

You can turn this off at any time under Settings → Privacy → Share anonymous usage statistics. When it is off, the statistics service is not started at all.

5. Game Center

If you are signed in to Game Center, Flux Ahead sends your scores (such as Daily Circuit times, streaks, Endless runs, chapter times and stars) and your achievements to Apple's Game Center so they appear on leaderboards and in your profile. This is handled by Apple and governed by the Apple Privacy Policy. Flux Ahead works fully without Game Center.

6. This website and the support form

This website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. It sets one cookie that remembers the language you choose.

When you send a message through the support form, your name, email address, message and the page language are sent by email to us using the email service Lettermint. We use them only to answer you, and we delete the email when it is no longer needed. You can also email us directly instead.

7. Children

Flux Ahead is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, for example through the support form, contact us and we will delete it.
